Your tasks: Analyses highly complex project requirements to determine impact and/or change to the Open Payments Framework Leads and mentors team of OPF Business Analysts working on different products Evaluates business requirements and creates solution options in OPF and evaluates them based on cost/benefit. The solution description is technical document, meaning the business analysts should be willing to write detailed technical specifications Provides production support for existing OPF customers Provides immediate workarounds for urgent OPF production issues Contributes to our product functional design reviews for system projects at a very technical and detailed level Provides risk identification role Maintains the product backlog Maintains business architecture diagrams (BPMN), including all related components Develops and recommends new processes, BA tools to improve performance of BA team Handles multiple, highly complex projects from inception to completion Conducts analysis, design (detailed and technical) and evaluation of our product capabilities across multiple areas As the product owner you are located onsite at client premises to do requirements meetings/workshops/demo’s with the client to ensure the OPF solution integrates smoothly in the client IT landscape Stakeholder Management Provides consultancy to the other application owners interfacing with the products and information about our products Interacts with other product owners for integration topics/new product features Works as an integration solution designer by interfacing with multiple product owners to identify optimal solutions Works with senior management to secure approval for system features and business requirements Works with systems developers, analysts and testers to ensure end to end delivery of features Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff Customer Relationship Management Provides information to educate the customer about our products, addressing demanding customers requirements and monitors their satisfaction Understands the customers underlying requirements, issues (production) and concerns beyond the given problem statement Looks for ways to provide unexpected value to the customer’s situation Understand the client IT landscape and ensure OPF integration with client components. For the bigger clients OPF integrates with 40+ client systems Participate as product owner in workshops with the client on the requirements, problems, issues and solving these Your profile: Graduate degree (Bachelor or Master) Deep functional and technical knowledge and experience in the payments sector Having proven experience as an onsite product owner for a product company Minimum 12 years of payments Business Analyst experience including at least 5 years as Lead BA/product owner in Open Payment Framework products for SEPA, SWIFT and SIC payment schemes Experience in functional and technical designing of payment solutions including ISO 20022 standard and integrations Must have implementation experience of SIC Payments, SEPA Payments and International Payments (Swift cross border payments) Experience in the role of Subject Matter Expert, engaging in client facing activities such as workshops, deep dives, steerco’s etc. as onsite resource Must have experience in working onsite at customer location interacting with different stakeholders Proven ability to manage large scale OPF implementation/transformation project as Product Owner/Product Specialist Experience on VTK/VSDK data modelling is a bonus Experience of working in agile environment with role of product owner Fluency in English
