Your tasks: You will coach teams for high performance, train / educate on new skills and practices, participate in key strategic dialogue workshops and contribute to a learning organization You will coach teams in finding their own journey to self organization/self sufficiency and in adopting new ways of working / new business principles (eg. outcome driven planning, customer centricity, new organizational settings and new ways of interacting with various parts of the organization) You will contract to work for defined time periods with prioritized teams & communities across the organization (e.g. work-product teams, squads, self-managed teams) to catalyze team development, functioning and effectiveness Leverage a range of tools and practices to enable sustainable change of mindsets and behaviors; consult customers as required on best practice and be a champion of connecting dots/ activating the learning loop across the organization You will connect with other coaches and coaching networks across the organization to co-create, exchange experience and learnings, facilitate consistent service delivery and mobility of coaching resources Work in a self-managed, fully empowered team to shape what and how you deliver for the organization and your (internal) customers Identify and support future capability building and learning programs needed to ensure the success of our organization Your profile: Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, business management or life sciences discipline); MBA or other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degree is a plus Coaching certification and coaching experience is preferred Experience in organizational design and change management A growth mindset and a desire for innovation and experimentation Strategic agility and strong prioritization skills Systems thinking and ability to understand the bigger picture A service-oriented leadership style founded on a passion for developing people Active listener, encourages direct and open discussion about important issues Encourages the organization and teams to be curious, to question the status quo and adopt new approaches Comfort with ambiguity and working in a matrixed, evolutionary environment Self-drive / proactivity to achieve results Great communication, teaching and facilitation skills Fluency in written and spoken English
