Your tasks: Enable teams and organization to go beyond the basics of agile theory and practice Bring extensive practitioner experience to the table and improve practical guidance to IT and business in the day to day challenges adopting agile mindset and principles Contribute to significant improvements in the organisations delivery of change through proven coaching techniques Drive global collaboration (cross-boarder) in order to take the organization to the next level of agile maturity Coaching and training of individuals and teams in Agile methodologies Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful adaptation of Agile practices including training and mentoring of other coaches Drive cultural changes towards business value stream focused deliveries, continuous integration Coordinate the team of agile coaches Your profile: We’re looking for a strong communicator with a vast experience in working as an Agile practitioner, specifically as scrum mater and/or product owner. You’ll need to have an in depth understanding of Agile frameworks, techniques and practices (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, XP, continuous integration). You'll also need to demonstrate: Experience in coaching of a number of Agile teams concurrently Strong stakeholder management skills Experience of changing organisational/team/department mind-sets, culture and structure Experience in financial services, desirable experience in Private Banking Hands on experience in using Jira, Confluence Good general technical skills
