Aufgaben: Respond to client requests for technical assistance via phone, ticketing tool, email and in-person Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-line support Resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other team members and service provider to resolve complex technical problems Support the joiner and leaver process by moving hardware and peripherals Support the hardware management Profil: Completed apprenticeship, study or similar education Experience, Skills and Competencies Required IT supporter background and Service Delivery mentality with real attention to quality and excellence in all areas Flexible individual who can work on different topics and is willing to learn Good technical understanding of Windows, Office, Citrix VDI workplace Good written and spoken communication skills in English and ideally German Strong team player with an ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence amongst peers and colleagues
